Given Texas’s variable climate and projected population growth, water conservation is a critical focus. While the current actions are begining to address the more immediate needs, to address long-term water supply concerns, Texas municipalities with populations between 50,000 and 100,000 such as Leander, should consider long term planning goals that take into account the changing climate concerns.
