My name is Andrew Naudin and I am running for Leander City Council / Place 5.
I am a native Texan, I grew up in El Paso, met my wife in Houston and after marrying and raising a family, we relocated to Leander.

Having lived in Central Texas for the past 7 years, I’ve witnessed this area’s exponential growth and ongoing transformation.

Since relocating to Central Texas I have served on multiple commissions and boards in Leander to include: Ethics Committee, Mayoral Citizens Advisory, The Chamber of Commerce Economic Advisory, Charter Review Commission and was elected chair of the Leander Economic Development Committee. I am also currently on the board of the Leander Foundation and produce the podcast Lean In Leander. A life long volunteer, I continue to serve the Dynamos Soccer Club in Cypress, Texas, as Tournament Director of the Annual Puma Cup going on 20 years.

In my career, I have held several leadership roles. I am fortunate to have a varied background of industry experience, initially in the Hospitality sector, where I was informed by servant leader methodology that focused on the guest experience foremost. From Director of Sales and Marketing to Client Success Manager, my approach centers on client engagement and strategic communications directed at helping people and/or businesses foster innovation and collaboration as the key to the success of any endeavor.

As your City Council representative, I will dedicate myself to our community’s growth and well-being. I will work diligently to expand Community Partnerships, ensure Smart Water Use and Efficient Government Spending. Our community is best when we work together. I’m excited about the future of Leander and this opportunity to contribute to our city’s future.
